We originally intended our monthly e-mail to subscribers to be just a newsletter, with information about the happenings at Earth/Body Balance, as well as a few helpful articles, recipes, and tips for readers. However, it quickly became a mini e-magazine filled with great articles on women's health, local/seasonal eating, body image, children's health, traditional foods, real nutrition advice, and lots more...and so we decided to honor it with its own title, Eating Freely.
