Women's Health Counseling

Our individual consultations are designed to address your most pressing questions and may be held by phone or in person. No commitment required, but if you are ready for real change we recommend a minimum of three months of counseling with bi-monthly sessions. Topics addressed may include: health issues, recovery from chronic problems (such as IBS, food allergies, thyroid disorders, or ongoing infections), disease prevention, diet, weight management, food sourcing, cooking, stress, body image, fertility and natural birth control (fertility awareness method), sleep, exercise, relationships, life goals, thought patterns, and eating disorders. Sessions may also be tailored to address your needs as a new mother, with help for post-partum recovery, eating for breastfeeding, and weight loss. Try a session with a friend and save $20 each!

Consultations: $60/hour (individual), $80/hour (joint).

Three-month commitment (with bi-monthly sessions): $50/hour. Receive an additional discount of $30 when you pay in full.

Mama-to-be Nourishment Package

This comprehensive service ensures that you will have all the support and resources you need to nourish yourself and your baby throughout pregnancy and while breastfeeding your infant. Service may be tailored for adoptive mothers who wish to prepare their home and feed the new little one a nutrient-dense homemade whole foods formula. Prepare to be a well-nourished and well-prepared new mother!

Package includes:

• two monthly sessions with email support in between
• one Private Shopping Session for you and your partner (market or store of your choice)
  
• one Cooking Consultation for you and your partner (in your home)
  
• one Healthy Kitchen Transformation (in your home)
• one baby-wearing lesson and a complimentary infant wrap
• special nutrient-dense food samples
• a nurturing -and nourishing!- postpartum visit in your home (we provide the food and stock your fridge)
  
• nutrition support for breastfeeding and alternative feeding
• preparation for a well-nourished birth and recovery period
• postpartum guidance for energy, strength, quick healing, and an easy return to your natural weight

Three-month commitment required: $300/month. Receive a discount of $90 plus one *FREE month of support when you register for three months and pay in full.

*Free month of service includes two follow-up sessions by phone and continued email support.
