Aerial Fit Flow

This class is designed to strengthen your body. A fitness-based class to have you moving in a sequence of aerial poses and exercises.
The class will begin with a warm up and work up to a more dynamic flow, including inversions, arm balancing, core strengthening and more fast paced flow.
This class is a combination of aerial poses along with strengthening and repetition.
If you’re looking to find more strength and grace while moving through the aerial sling, this class will be designed for just that.
Helping you achieve more control in your aerial poses.
Class Level: This not a beginner class, it is recommended to attend at least 2 aerial yoga classes and have a basic understanding of arm wraps, arm balancing biomechanics, and be fully comfortable moving at a faster pace with the aerial sling, before you join this class.
