Welcome to Book Recommendations by Angel.

There have been many books that have changed my perspective in my life and offered a new path to understanding my self deeper in areas of my menstrual cycle, my emotional body, gut health, anatomy, spirituality, relationships and more.

I have had many conversations with women in sessions who have not understood their cycle and how it affects them on a deeper than physical level and have been in this place as well. I have had many conversations with my clients who have had no idea about chakras, their muscles or why they may be holding chronic pain and tension in areas of their body.

My goal is to help you love your body again, to align yourself with your heart and spirit, to find peace and harmony within…

These are some of my bibles, I refer to often and dive deep into when necessary. I find that my chronic hip tightness is lessened with a combination of yoga, movement, a clean diet, and mucho aqua.

There are so many paths to healing the body, massage is a great key to surrendering into the body itself and raising awareness to what is happening deep within you.

The connection to the hip flexors to the diaphragm to a rounded shoulder posture and shortness of breath is an all rounded journey.

It takes time to heal trauma, and reverse held tension. Our emotions are deeply connected and the more we can sit with ourselves, discover our humanness and accept that we are in a constant cycle, the quicker we can be at peace with ourselves, and through that others around us.
